Rachel Anderson - Owner & Stylist
Hi, I’m Rachel! I’ve been behind the chair for almost 15 years, and my dream has always been to create a space for my clients that would feel like home. I pride myself in my new salon home that I’ve created for my current + future clients and stylists alike. You’ll notice I’m constantly staying on top of the newest trends, and take pride in customizing my clients hair to their lifestyle and needs. I found my niche in the hair industry when lived-in/natural colors became popular. I love enhancing my clients natural palette, while keeping it low maintenance for easy grow out. But don’t get me wrong, I love a big, bold hair transformation.
When I’m not behind the chair or working on salon business, I love to unwind and spend time with my husband, 3 beautiful kids, and our fur babies!

Dawn Parsons - Stylist
Hiya! I’ve been behind the chair since 2013. After starting out apprenticing downtown Portland at Richard Herrera About Hair I began my journey in Oregon City the following year.
I specialize in blonding, redheads, lived in color and also offer Brazillian blowouts. I have been a part of The Mane Hair Loft since we opened in October 2020.
In my free time I love camping, going to concerts and comedy shows, making pickles, Justin Timberlake and everything 90’s.

I’m a hairstylist who loves creating a welcoming, comfortable experience in my chair. I specialize in textured hair of all kinds, from coils to curls to waves and everything in between. My curly cuts are fully customized to support natural shape and everyday wear. I’m passionate about helping my clients truly love their curls. I also enjoy working with straight hair and offering a range of color and blonding services.
When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually spending time with my three kids and my mini-Aussie, practicing yoga, or enjoying a good cup of coffee. I can’t wait to meet you!
