Parking

We have a large shared parking lot with our neighbors the Abernathy Center, upon special events parking could be limited. All street parking is free with no time limit. We also have two designated parking spots right up front to our back doors, with easy access in and out. Don’t be shy, come in the back door.

Contacting your mane girls

Our girls are all independent contractors. This means they work for themselves. If you need to reach your mane girl, it’s best to contact them directly via instagram (all instagrams are linked in the “meet the mane girls” section under each one’s picture).

Cancellation Policy

We get that life happens and sometimes you have to cancel your appointment. We are just as bummed as you are. In the event that you would need to cancel, or reschedule an appointment, we honor a firm 48 hour notice policy. All cancellations made 48 hours prior to the appointment are no problem. Cancellations made on the day before will be required to pay a 50% fee of the expected service amount. Appointments canceled the day of will be required to pay 100% of the expected service amount. Some stylists may require deposits to book appointments. All deposits are non refundable.
